What the messages are for
Graham Piano Tuning sends text messages about your own appointments and service: nothing else. If you check the box when you book, or ask us to text you, you may receive:
- A confirmation when your appointment is booked.
- A reminder about two days before the visit.
- A note when your piano is due for its next tuning, usually about once a year.
- A thank-you after the visit, with a link to leave a review if you would like to.
- A link to schedule, if someone has bought you a tuning as a gift.
- Replies from Michael when you text us.
How often
Message frequency varies with your appointments. A typical tuning involves two or three messages: the confirmation, the reminder, and the thank-you. Between visits you might get one message a year.
Cost
We do not charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
Opting in
Texts are never automatic and never required. You opt in by checking the box on the booking form next to your phone number, or by asking us directly. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking an appointment or of buying anything from us. If you do not opt in, we email you instead and nothing else changes.
Stopping them
Reply STOP to any message and the texts stop immediately. You will get one final message confirming it. You can start again any time by replying START, or by asking us. Stopping texts does not cancel your appointment and does not affect your email confirmations.

Reply HELP to any message, or call or text (801) 900-3063, or email [email protected]. We answer Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and your handset.
Your information
Your phone number and your consent to be texted are used only to send you the messages above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
